I have created the counter part to the darker in tone lily of the valley piece but with a more positive tone. This was to get an initial idea of how I want to showcase my subject of perception. It gave a basic idea of what I'm trying to convey but I want to dig deeper.

ReplyDeletefor me, right hand side, clichéd therefore negative.
left hand side, encourages/prompts thinking, therefore positive.
maybe explore the "mix" of elements. i.e., just one skull amongst the flowers, or one flower amongst the skulls. a kind of "tuning" the recipe or composition.
thinking too about the flowers as a garden : what might be placed in a garden, to make it a more interesting or poetic place/experience.
